Child Safety Standards Policy
Last Updated: February 4, 2026
Vybes App, Inc. ("Vybes") platform is an adults-only community for members to make meaningful connections. Safety is a top priority, and we are fully committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines the standards, safeguards, tools, enforcement practices, and points of contact regarding CSAE and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Age Restriction and Verification
- Minimum Age Requirement: The Vybes platform is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older.
- Age Verification: In order to access the services, individuals must first apply and be accepted. During the application process, applicants must provide their date of birth and identification for age verification.
- Enforcement: Any individuals applying for the services that are suspected of being under the age of 18 will be rejected. If we suspect a user is under the age of 18 and accessing the platform, we will immediately review and remove their account.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Vybes maintains a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE. Any account engaging in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities, including law enforcement and child protection agencies.

4. Moderation and In-App Mechanism for Filing Reports
- Content Moderation: Vybes uses a combination of automated detection tools and human moderators to monitor all user-generated content including profiles, bios, photos, and messaging.
- User Reporting: We provide an in-app mechanism that allows users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports. Users may use this mechanism to report any content or behavior that violates this policy. Users may also make a report by emailing us at info@vybes.co. All reports are escalated to an appropriate team member to review.
